Reservation & Refund Policy

Training At Your Location

1. Concealed Carry 2 U is a training service provider and we do not currently ship or sell any physical merchandise. 

2. We schedule Certified Instructors to meet students at their chosen location with all necessary training equipment to complete the agreed upon course.

3. Since we make arrangements to provide a Certified Instructor with equipment to travel to your location and block other students from being able to book that time allotted to your course; we do NOT provide refunds for last minute cancellations, or for students being otherwise unable to attend the previously agreed upon course.

4. If WE are unable to make the agreed upon time/course for any reason a FULL refund will be provided without exception!

5. With sufficient notice (more than 6 hours) prior to the agreed upon course time; we will allow any student a one time re-schedule opportunity for another time/date that has not already been booked.

6. DO NOT sign up for a course unless you agree to these conditions.

7. This agreement supersedes any and all card issuer agreements or payment processing service provider agreements to the contrary.

8. Any attempt at claiming a "charge back" or "disputing" any payment to attempt a refund after scheduling a training session (except if under OUR direct initiation) shall be considered an act of Fraud to deny a contracted service provider agreed upon fees, and a civil as well as criminal complaint will be filed.

Training at Host Facilities

1. Concealed Carry 2 U is a training service provider and we do not currently ship or sell any physical merchandise. 

2. We schedule Certified Instructors to meet students at a contracted Host Facility location with all necessary training equipment to complete the agreed upon course.

3. Since we make arrangements to provide a Certified Instructor with equipment to travel to the location and limit the number of students able to attend the course based on seating capacity; we do NOT provide refunds for last minute cancellations, or for students being otherwise unable to attend the previously agreed upon course.

4. If WE are unable to make the agreed upon time/course for any reason a FULL refund will be provided without exception!

5. With sufficient notice (more than 24 hours) prior to the agreed upon course time; we will allow any student to request a 50% refund; or a one time re-schedule opportunity for another time/date that has not already been booked.

6. DO NOT sign up for a course unless you agree to these conditions.
